The HSU Builders homepage features a grid gallery layout with code injection that changes the size of the images slightly during a rollover. A place branding element is the narrow banner featuring a landscape image of Washington, DC. HSU Builders’ clientele is primarily large construction projects for the federal government.

The grid style gallery was used throughout this website for visual consistency and to solve the issue of vertical and horizontal justification. Most portfolio images are horizontal making a single or smaller number of vertical shots feel out of place.

This HSU Builders project webpage for the National Marine Corps Memorial - Iwo Jima illustrates the layout used for all projects on the site. It includes a larger grid of images and a custom sidebar navigation to all portfolios on the site.

Services webpages on the site are factual and to the point because the portfolios are so extensive. Service pages also have a sidebar where you can click-through to all over service categories.
